Lil Wayne arrested! Again!

Okay, so I think I have made it clear before, but basically Lil Wayne is my favorite person in the entire world and I think he is so f-ing hot, including the face tattoos, but anyways, back to the subject at hand. He was arrested in Arizona on three felony counts of possession of a dangerous drug, possession of a narcotic and possession of drug paraphernalia, when his tour bus was discovered to have drugs on it at a US Border Patrol check point, at which point the DEA arrested the rapper. He was found in possession of marijuana, cocaine and ecstasy.
And kids, while drugs are bad, mmmmkay, I really want you to think about this one: Who was he hurting??? He wasn’t driving, he wasn’t selling, so the only person in danger was himself. Because I am sorry, until people pose a threat to society or others, what they chose to do(or not do) in their personal life should not be cause for arrest. People who drink and drive repeatedly are putting others at a much higher risk than riding on a chartered tour bus, with a sober driver. Now if he would have been driving an suv down the road at high speeds with an eightball in his pocket and drunk Linday Lohan style, I would say its fair game to arrest him. But maybe I am just biased because he is fine as hell.
He is currently, according to all reports, still in jail.
