Looks like she’s had yet another boob job. God at least she’s realised it is customary to smile - she even pouted at her sisters wedding in a not so glam registry office (and wore a pink Juicy couture track suit too - the sis - not Posh - Posh wore black, which means she’s not too keen on the groom then?)
