When Kelly Osbourne was fat, her head looked proportionate to her body, but now that she went and got all skinny her head is just toooooo big!

And dare I say that Kelly O is as skinny/skinnier than BITCHney Spears???

She looks like a midget in this pic. They always have such unproportional heads too - the heads are normal, but the bodies are smaller than normal. The lower legs are too short in this pic also. The angle from which it was taken was really - like rrrrreally - awkward. I can see the resemblance with a doll.
