I honestly cant believe this is still being talked about. What idiot thinks its a good idea to ban a word, or in this case, words being “bitch”, “ho” and “nigger”. The idiot in this case happens to be Russell Simmons, a major face in the industry. BANNING A WORD DOES NOTHING, again I repeat, BANNING A WORD DOES NOTHING. I strongly believe against ANYONE using the n word, but banning it just shows less open mindedness and more ignorance than the ones actually using the word. ALSO what happened to personal rights? freedom of speech? any of those ring a bell? Just because you dont like something doesn’t mean it should be banned. The Bill of Rights does not protect the rights of those that are seen as “right” but the ones that are “wrong”. |
